| Saturdays log:
B - nothing
L- Mr. Goodcents meal ::::: 6" turkey sub, nonfat mayo and mustard, with 1/2 bag of chips and a medium diet coke
D- 1 taco and some tortilla chips with salsa, a spoonful of applesauce and a cupcake
Snack- I nibbled on some tuna salad and had two oreos
Todays log:
B- two crepes with strawberries and bananas on it and an egg and 1/2 piece of toast
L- some tuna salad with four wheat crackers and some iced tea

| I never get a chance to post until about 1am so all my posts look like theyre a day later then they are.... so... Announcement: this is my food log for Friday.
Breakfast- three ghram crackers and water
lunch- McD's hamburger, ten fries and a diet coke, followed by unsweetened iced tea and water
Dinner- one scoop of egg noodles and a scoop of shrimp scampi and an iced mocha and a lotta water.
I kept drinking and drinking today... it was like 102 degrees here today plus humidity which gave us a heat index of something like 110, and it was unbearable to even move. I hate weather like this!
Keep strong girls!! We can do this-- its just a matter of will power!

| I dont know what was wrong with me today, I jsut kept eating and eating...... after writing this down it was like HOLY CRAP, I didnt realize how nuts I went
B (8:00am) - bagel with low fat creme cheese
L (12:15pm) - small hamburger with lettuce and three tortilla chips
L#2? (4:00) - Bowl of rice crispies with soy milk and a peach
D (7:45) - Hamburger w/o bun, and a scoop of pasta salad and a diet coke
S (8:45) - A cup of chai tea
How the hell did I manage to eat four meals? Well, you all know what this means... huge cut back for tomorrow.... I still dont know how I even managed to do that. | | |

L- two diet cokes
d- a bowl of chicken and veggie soup and two pieces of dipping wheat bread
snacks: a tazo green tea freese from starbucks, and a chewey bar

| Todays food log---
Breakfast: A peach and a fresca
Lunch: 6 inch veggie sub from subway and a water
Dinner: steamed organic veggies and 1/2 a braut w/o bun and a piece of bakery bread
Dessert: fresh sliced peaches and more water
While watching a movie: 3 cookies. Damnit. I always mess my diet up at the end of the day..... aaah!
Exercise: just daily activities...... nothing to report here.
